Cancellation Policy

1. NON-REFUNDABLE RATE

  • Payment: The total amount of the reservation is due at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. No refunds will be issued.

2. STANDARD RATE (FLEXIBLE)

  • Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  • Late Cancellation: If cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date, a fee equal to 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • No-Show: In case of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), the full amount (100%) of the reservation will be charged.

House Rules

1. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in: Rooms are available starting from 2:00 PM (14:00). If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM (20:00), please inform us in advance.
  • Check-out: Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 PM (noon). Requests for a late check-out must be made in advance and may be subject to additional fees.

2. SECURITY AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS

  • Each room is equipped with a safety deposit box. We strongly advise you to use it for your valuables. The hotel declines all responsibility for the loss or theft of personal effects.
  • If you lose an item, please contact the reception. Found items will be kept for 3 months. After this period, they will be donated to charity or destroyed.

3. NON-SMOKING POLICY

  • All guest rooms and indoor common areas are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, specifically the terrace and the pool area.

4. USE OF FACILITIES

  • Air Conditioning: For environmental and safety reasons, we kindly ask you to turn off the air conditioning every time you leave your room.
  • Swimming Pool: The pool is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For your safety, swimming is prohibited outside of these hours. The use of glass cups, bottles, or any other glass objects is strictly forbidden in the pool area.

5. ROOM ACCESS AND SERVICE

  • Housekeeping: Our cleaning team provides room maintenance between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. If you do not wish to be disturbed, please notify us.
  • Outside Visitors: For security reasons, any visitor who is not a registered guest of the hotel must be reported to reception before accessing your room. The hotel reserves the right to refuse access.

6. EMERGENCY & SAFETY

  • For your safety and the safety of others, please familiarize yourself with the evacuation plan and the location of emergency exits posted behind your bedroom door.

7. RESPECT FOR PREMISES AND QUIET HOURS

  • Any damage caused to the furniture, equipment, or walls of the hotel will be charged to the responsible guest.
  • We thank you for leaving your room in a reasonably clean condition.
  • We ask that you maintain a quiet atmosphere, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to respect the rest of all our guests.
